Pricing and Packages

At MUSE:HR our ethos is based on providing you with a personalised service which works with your business and fits with your organisational culture and value. We understand that businesses have budgets to work with. We pride ourselves in being flexible and delivering a cost-effective service no matter what the project is. We offer a free initial consultation and a number of options including the following along with hourly and daily rates, dependant on your requirements:

Retained agreement

Once we have met with you and understand your business needs, we shall agree a fixed amount to be paid on a monthly/quarterly basis that will cover advice and support including documentation. We shall also arrange regular meetings with you throughout the agreement to ensure we understand your business, your business needs and requirements, your business culture and your people.


This option is perfect if your business is dealing with a one-off issue that requires external HR support.
Adhoc activities can include activities such as: Investigations, Chairing/Supporting meetings (disciplinary, grievance, consultations, dismissals) or other unforeseen circumstances that may require careful handling. In these circumstances we shall arrange and agree a day rate or single fee dependant on the complexity of the issue that you are facing.


Once we have met with you and understand your project requirement (projects include: Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Workforce Planning, Restructuring, Redundancy, TUPE), the cost will usually be established on an agreed day rate or a one off cost.
